"After you left for class earlier, actually ... It was just me in the corridor, so I'm not sure why it would," she murmured, fingering the henshin stone now.

Arisu paused momentarily at Mieko's silence, before inwardly sighing and continuing the rest of the way. Perhaps Sitara would have answers.

Mieko scooped up the small child and bid the woman who was in charge a good day and set off again. "You feel a little warm, Uta-chan..." Mieko muttered, placing a hand on the girl's forehead.

The young woman soon fell instep beside the duo, casting the younger child a concerned glance upon noticing Mieko's tone. "Fever?"

"A slight one. She just needs a couple days rest and maybe a bit of medicine," Mieko said, shifting her grip on the child to one more comfortable for both of them.

"Ah, okay ... Maybe she'll feel better soon, though," Arisu murmured, noticing Uta was half asleep. The young woman moved ahead that last little bit to get the door for Mieko, before following her inside.
