Sad as it is, I am inclined to agree with you, Kelly. I've been trying for ... what is it, nearly a year now to help? I get rebuffed time after time. Does it ever work? Hardly.

4. With every post, say something nice about someone else or yourself. No, scratch that. Go write a whole page about things that you appreciate in life. Good things.
