Worst to fight would be Quick Man. Bright Man's easy if you shoot him with a powered-up buster cannon and THEN use Toad Man's power to kill him. Bright Man uses his flash only when his health is in multiples of four, so if you interrupt that by shooting him with the buster first, it'll screw him all up and you can kill him.
Quick Man is just an ass to fight, even with full Crash bombs and Flash Man's time stopper. But I do love him as a RM and a character. He's cuuuuute.
