I was there when it all happened, and though I don't have screen captures and the incident was deleted, I believe Titus's comments are still there. Here's an unbiased (as I possibly can be) account of what happened.
Up was updating his MM7 Let's Play, fixing it so I could hear it. Then Admiral Titus I guess was bored or something, because he changed the whole site, so that the number '7' would spell out as 'over 9000'. I know it was the whole site, because my character sheets that had the number '7' in them turned into 'over 9000'. Now, while this was kinda of silly and funny to me, I was a little bit confused as to why Titus would do that randomly while you were gone. Next thing, Up is swearing and cursing up and down (blanked out, but you get the picture quite clearly). Titus is answering back in a sort of tone that screams of sarcasm and being irritating. Up then starts bringing up personal issues between you and Titus, of which I'm still confused about, and then Titus messes with Up's warning status and changes it to 99%. This makes Up even more angry, and as he continues insulting Titus (who is still pretty much taunting him in a thinly veiled way), his warning goes up to 100% and Up is banned. Neither one of them are in the right here, is basically what I'm saying.
After all of that, during which I was very confused and a bit upset, Titus made a thread called 'Badmouthing the Staff'. He told everyone that a 'certain member' was badmouthing him and that it wouldn't be tolerated. I asked Titus why he'd changed the forum in the first place, and he answered that it was a joke or reference to 4-chan. Up made a thread in the guest room called '...Should I Explain?' saying that he would wait to be reinstated back into the forum, and that's all I can personally remember. I'll PM this to you as well, but I made it public so that Up and Titus could see it and agree to my account of what happened.
