Dabbling in Drabbles
What are drabbles, you ask? They are essentially flash-fiction, or micro-shortstories. Weighing in at 100 Words in average for each of them, there is also a hidden challenge. To make it seem interesting and still complete, without going over 150 words tops.
Rules:
- Plagiarism will not be tolerated. If you steal anyone's work, you will be banned from the contest.
- Swearing - Unless it is directly from the character's mouth, then it is not allowed. Let's keep these peaceful to judge.
- Respect - Even if you do not like someone's work, do not give them negative karma or rude commentary.
- You can have up to five entries per week, per theme.
- All entrants should give one positive karma to the winner.
All judging will be done by voting of all the members on SoJ, with a weekly poll that is regularly updated.
This week's theme(s):
- Light in the Dark.
- Stars in the Skies.
- Revelations.
As multiple entries are allowed per person, the judging criteria will be by the all-in-all work and quality of the author. So, voting options will be by the user name.
