Just keep repeating the last part with each pokemon you have. And if it is caught, just put "Caught at __" instead of Started At.

Edit: Well ... You need to post what your pokemon started at when you entered. You said Mako was a level 10 in her profile. Change it accordingly, then it'll be correct.
