Regarding Romance

Romance in itself is actually encouraged, providing your character is old enough that it makes sense. It can be with an NPC you created, or a character of someone else's with their permission. Also, if your character is going to have a relationship with one of the Notable NPCs, you need to ask a Moderator or Administrator.

Also - Romance does not bloom overnight. It takes time to cultivate, and relationships are not just fluffy beds of roses. There are bumps in everything, no matter how good it appears to be going. After all, there are no roses without thorns when it comes to affections. Bear that in mind while you're doing so.

And, one more thing: Romance can go all the way up to a high T in rating, but if you want R, take it to PMs.


(Post in this thread if your character is going to be in a relationship with a Notable NPC. Just make sure that it will actually make sense.)

If you don't mind, I'd like to add to this point.

If those romances go to PMs, be sure that both participants are in agreement with content. Otherwise, it could be seen by someone as sexual harrassment. If someone is sending you something offensive and won't stop after telling them to, do not be afraid to contact a mod/admin.

I know, common sense stuff, but I felt it had to be said.
