This manga is one of my all time favorites, actually. I borrowed the summary from Mangafox, which is why it's quoted. That specific oneshot has been translated to english save for the cover, so feel free to glance through. I'd personally rate it 5 Stars, but it's open to discussion and personal opinions. I do like a bit of fluff now and then, and this is the perfect cure for it. Because it also has prime character development for it's length, art, and story. Imagine how it could be enhanced, if someone actually tried? *Smiles.* The final page may be a little cliche, but you can't really knock it for being so good otherwise. Any comments or discussion points? |

Like I said, it was a very predictable ending, and I'd rather read action/adventure shonens, but the art style was very appealing and it was quite cute for a shoujo manga (: Buuuut.... Like I said, the ending was extremely heesy and predictable. I'd suggest someone dying, but hey, it's a shoujo, it's supposed to have a happy ending xD Although I did not see it coming when the Prince admitted he'd put the curse on himself xD I was convinced it was the step-mom (cause it's ALWAYS the step-mom  ") |

*Nods.* Touche, the ending is predictable. (And cheesy, I'll admit.) But, it was overall a very nice shoujo.
Hehe, I know. I've showed this manga to three people so far, and all three of them agreed that the Prince putting himself to sleep was an unexpected twist. (Heh, well, the change was a nice one.)
I've actually considered writing out a longer and more detailed version of this, but I'm not sure how strict the copywrites are on it. What would you say, Neechan?
And who was your favorite character?

Yes, but some works don't even allow -any- fandom products. It took years before Anne McCaffrey allowed people to write fanfictions of the Pern series, and that's been around some time now. So I'm hoping that TSP isn't that strict in terms of copywrite, but it is only a oneshot ... Who knows, maybe it'll be a lax one.
Hehe, yeah. Sayla is an amazing character, and she had a lot of development considering how short it was. And yes, the "knife guy" was also pretty cool. It's a shame he didn't get more development.
And if you could choose any one character to have more frames, would it be him?
