Something that I forgot to mention earlier - NPCs and NPC foes may have higher level totals than 20, providing it is not outlandish for their rank. Simply apply common sense when making said profiles, and you'll be fine.
Said NPCs may go without bios, though it is preferable that they are acquired at some point in time so everyone knows how to use them. These are the one exceptions to the "One Character per Player" rule, but they cannot be used as mains. Everyone may also use said enemy if it is not already in a thread.
