Basic forum rules apply. Common sense should as well when posting. The board guidelines:
I. Author's Cafe is for discussion of ideas, be it for original or fandom work. Be respectful and constructive when talking about them, please.
II. Advertising is not permitted, unless it is in the thread made for it.
III. If a thread is dead, wait a month to start a new one or request permission from the staff to revive it.
IV. Complaining about lack of activity on your writing thread is considered SPAM. Please refrain from such, as your work has three likely possibilities: It simply doesn't appeal to the members at the moment, it hasn't caught attention yet, or the writing quality needs improvement. There will be a thread for Reviews, so do not post requests for them here.
All in all, they are fairly simple. Pick up your pens, and write away.
