Appearance: At a touch under 6 feet tall, Angela is rather tall by most standards, towering over her female counterparts among the Dragon Tamers, and often looking down on many of the males, too, which only inwardly encourages the superiority complex she appears to have. Her skin is pale, although her face and arms are tanned from her occupations keeping her out in the sun fairly often. Her eyes are a bark brown, almost black, and her hair is similar, although a much darker shade than her eyes, making the distinction between the dark, dark brown and black only noticable when the sun catches her hair. It is also often seen in a simple, practical ponytail, hanging down her back and away from her face. Due to her demanding occupation, she carries a slim, but well-defined physique...which when added with her size, gives her considerable strength.
Angela's attire is not to far removed from the standard attire of the Dragon Tamers. White, heeled boots, discoloured to a more creamy colour from age and use, often cover her feet and lower legs, with charcoal trousers tucked into them. She has a white, sleeved undershirt that is set under a royal blue vest. Her defining garb, however, is the crimson-maroon cloak she is never seen without, although she rarely uses the hood on it, and keeps it thrown back over her shoulders, wearing it more like a cape than a cloak. Hidden on her back, behind the cloak, is a short, but elegant sabre, only handle visible above the right shoulder of her cloak, for easy access.
Hobbies/Occupations: Angela's spare time is mostly devoted to training herself and her Pokemon, further her ideal of becoming the greatest Dragon Tamer ever.
Skills/Abilities: Her skills are in line with most skills are Tamers picks up through their time in the profession. She has an intimate knowledge of hand-to-hand combat, from various forms of karate to straight brawling, and isn't afraid to use those talents, either. She is also highly skilled in the use of her sabre, and will use it if she deems it necessary. She is also proficient in the use of more modern weaponry, but rarely carries one on her person. If she ever comes into possession of one, she will know how to use it, most likely.
Personality: In a nutshell, Angela is highly self-centred. She looks after herself first and foremost, and gives no-one else much thought, unless said thoughts are highly negative. The only ones she cares about are her Pokemon, and even then, she doesn't show them any real affection.
She also has a massive superiority complex where the Dragon Tamers, and by extension Dragon-type Pokemon, are concerned. She sees anyone who is not a Dragon Tamer as vastly inferior to her, almost not worth her time. Even within the Dragon Tamer ranks, she looks down on those Tamers who she considers “impure”, who raise Pokemon with no association to dragons.
Along with all this, she is highly ambitious. Despite being among the senior ranks of the Tamers, she longs to one day replace Lance as the public head of the Tamers. Despite this, however, she has no ambitions of becoming Champion...her entire focus is associated with Dragon Pokemon and the Dragon Tamers.
She does with a very high interest in any Dragon-type Legendary Pokemon as well, drawn to their mystery and power. Even ones like Lugia, with their mild dragon-ish tendencies, spark her curiosity. But it's the Eon Duo, Latias and Latios, that get most of her attention. She has something of an obsession with them, and the huge mystery surrounding their existance...capturing one, or even both, of them would be something of a dream come true for her.
Despite everything about Angela, she is not an 'evil' person. She hates organisations like Team Rocket, and as a Tamer will violently oppose them. But her self-centred sense of superiority means she has little friends, and she prefers to keep it that way, as it lets her focus on her training to become the best Tamer there ever was.

She graduated to a full Tamer during early adolescence – one of the youngest qualified Tamers in history – and rose fast through the ranks, also becoming one of youngest Senior Tamers in the history of the organisation.
