Yup, another RP idea from me, this one private, and NOT based around Dragon-types for once. XP

Far into the future, the Pokemon World has fallen into a dark age...humanity has overrun the world, and the natural habitats of Pokemon are vanishing, along with the wild Pokemon themselves.
One of the scarce few wild Pokemon left is Tanga, a shiny, runty Luxray. Abandoned by his small pack for his unique, almost crippled status, and a secret defect he keeps to himself these days, Tanga has wandered alone for pretty much all his adult life, nicknamed "The Last of the Wilds" by the few captive Pokemon he has seen in his time.
But when he stumbles across another wild Pokemon, something he never though would happen, what will follow? Can the Luxray and his new Fire companion find their place in the empty wilderness, as possibly the last wild Pokemon in existance?

Tanga has several features that stand out from others...along with the shiny status giving him yellow fur, the star on his tail is a silver colour instead of the standard yellow, and the stripes on his front legs are similarly silver-grey coloured. One of the spikes in his mane also flops down over his face, concealing his left eye from view.
But his most striking, and most affecting feature, are his eyes...instead of the yellow and red eyes normally prevalent on Luxrays, Tanga has bright, electric blue eyes. Hidden underneath the strange eyes lies Tanga's darkest, deepest secret...the strange eyes are actually suffering from a defect, one that has removed his x-ray vision entirely...he is the only Luxray in existance to have been stripped of this core ability, as far as he is aware.

Nature/Personality:
Timid
Tanga is lonely as one of the last wild Pokemon in existance, but cannot generally bring himself to socialise with any other Pokemon he encounters, be it wild or captive.
Tanga's highly troubled past, bordering on abusive, has left him shy, insecure, and with an unhealthily low self-esteem. He believes his small size, along with his eye condition, makes him inferior, and unfit to be part of his species, this mindset only encouraged by his birth pack's abandonment of him. His past has wiped away much of his innocence, and he tends to take a very pessimistic outlook on his own life.
Despite his distant nature and his pessimism, underneath that gloomy exterior Tanga hides a kind, caring soul. If he could make a friend, he would do almost anything for them, being instinctively kind and loyal towards those he trusts, even if he looks at himself in a very low light.
On top of this, while Tanga's innocence has long since died, the Shinx within him is still alive...buried in the deepest, long-forgotten recesses of his soul, just waiting for a friend to pull it out into the open again. He may be a gloomy, almost depressing presence, but if someone can give him a chance, there may be hope to bring out the bright, kind soul hiding within.
History:
Tanga's history is as dark as his hidden power. From his birth, the rest of his small pack knew he would be different, being shiny, small, and possessing an obvious defect in his eyes, although the exact nature of the defect did not make itself fully known until his final evolution.
His time in the pack as a Shinx was nothing short of torturous, the few other kittens within the small pack tormenting him endlessly, with none of the adults...not even his parents...coming to his defence.
Evolution into a Luxio brought no respite to Tanga, as his runt size and strange features remained, and as his pack-mates grew up, the abuse got worse and worse, Tanga distancing himself from the pack more and more.
This act of distancing himself from the pack meant it was not so much of a shock when, still a Luxio, he was cast out of their pack, told never to return. Tanga left without a fight, not really caring, having been alone within company his whole life anyway.
Shortly after Tanga's final evolution, he returned to where his pack had once lived, just for a taste of company again, even if it was abusive, after some time as a rogue. But he found their territory abandoned, and his mind came to only one conclusion...humans had captured them all.
Not wanting to risk capture himself, Tanga fled into one of the last pieces of wilderness that remained in the world, wanting nothing more than to ease his loneliness, but unable to break through his shy shell with any captured Pokemon he met away from their Trainers, having never come across another wild Pokemon since his exile.
Estimated Level:
50-60, but Tanga's battling skills are minimal.
