(OOC thread)Blues, or Proto Man as he was better known, gripped his weapon, the bright sun beating down upon his glistening red helmet. His shades covered his face, blocking out most of the light and glinting as he leaned his back against his brother's his Proto Buster out and charging in preparation for an attack. Quick Man leered at the prototype android before reaching for the yellow boomerang atop his helm, suddenly disappearing as he zipped from side to side impossibly fast. Gritting his teeth in annoyance, Proto Man blasted off a few shots, trying to aim at the 'bot while rolling out of the way of the sharp boomerang. He glanced back at Mega Man--or Rock, as he knew him--as Flash Man approached. The time-stopping robot advanced upon the smaller blue robot, preparing his Time Stopper. A glancing blow off of his shoulder made Proto Man focus once more on his own battle. He grunted in pain as he leapt from the ground, charging at Quick Man and using his shield to protect himself from the zooming boomerang attacks. He glanced swiftly at Mega Man, checking on his brother and making sure he came to no harm. "Rock, watch out!" Proto Man called, seeing Flash Man charging up his blaster.

Rock kept his eyes glued to his Master Robot combatant. Trying to think two steps ahead of Flash Man, a machine that can slow down the speed of time, proved more of a challenge than he had anticipated. His older brother had a different type of adversary but the same difficulty. Rock felt Blues’ back meet his and this brought a split second of closure knowing he was still standing.
That rushed away when he felt Proto slide off his back and a yellow boomerang almost slashed his helmet. Proto Man charged at Quick Man before Mega could check the damage he or his brother received. He took his head out of battle and turned to see his brother, but Proto Man’s shouting snapped Rock back into reality and brought his sights to the bot.
Rock fired his Arm Cannon from the hip and disrupted Flash Man’s charge with a plasma shot to the chest. A blast from Flash’s weapon in a populated city like this could do serious damage. The gears in his body pushed him into rushing Dr. Wilys creation. The Master Bot ripped off the doors of a near by car with one pull and viciously threw them at the Blue Bomber.
Mega Man instinctively jumped over the first piece of steel and slid underneath the other. The strength and speed of his body kicked up the pavement of the road underneath him as he lifted his body in one swift upper-cut motion to Flash Man. The sound of steel clashing together was followed by the sound of Flash Man crashing into a wall behind him.

Dolt, pay attention to the fight, Proto Man thought as his brother became distracted from the fight to check on him. Rock should know by now that he could take care of himself—he’d survived alone this long, right? But the thoughts were disrupted when Quick Man launched another attack, seemingly disappearing and then reappearing directly behind him. Expecting this sort of maneuver from the fast ‘bot, Proto threw all his weight backwards into a solid punch, and the hit landed directly into Quick Man’s chest plate. Feeling satisfied as his fist sank into the metal, he smirked as the deafening sounds of metal upon metal filled the air.
Passersby, humans who were curious about the android fight but too afraid to do anything about it or get too close, watched as they fought, one woman screaming as Flash Man tore the doors of a car off its hinges. Proto was barely able to dodge the first door as his brother had, leaping over it and just clearing it with his body. The second one he grabbed purposefully, using the momentum of Flash Man’s throw to sling it around to bash Quick Man with a hit to the ‘bot’s helm.
“Augh!” Quick Man growled in pain, clutching his head for a moment before looking back up, half of the synthetic skin missing from his face. With a look of evil intent, he charged straight at Proto Man, who was forced to back up against a brick wall with his shield shoved forward. Mega Man had always been just a bit better at battles than he, the prototype robot… but he wasn’t going to let a Wily bot defeat him. Not today. Just as Quick Man got close enough, Proto grabbed one of his arms and spun in a semi-circle, releasing the ‘bot with a roar. Quick Man went flying, landing on top of a car and crushing the roof with his weight.
“Rock, switch enemies!” Proto shouted over the din. He jumped in front of his brother, just as Flash Man recovered from being thrown into the wall and Quick Man extracted himself from the confines of the car’s metal. The time-stopping Robot Master glowered as he charged up his plasma shot—Proto Man held his shield at the ready, prepared for anything.
