I recently stumbled across a site called Pokemon Reorchestrated, which is starting from the ground up in recomposing all of the pokemon songs as instrumentals and fine tuning them. It appears to have some promise, to say the least.
The second site that has caught my attention is The Pokemon Tower, which also has a wide variety of music and soundtracks. Perhaps members here will be able to enjoy both of these sites. ^_^
