Tyson sighed with relief at Veronica's introduction...so she was like him, too! As she explained her theory on how everything had happened, the Riolu thought it over, realising that he was in the same boat...he had recently wished he could be a Pokemon...maybe not a Riolu, specifically, but still...the facts all matched. "Yeah...I have wished that before...could that really be why we're here?" he asked, his voice still showing shock and confusion.
He tried walking again, stumbling once before finding his balance...but was somewhat surprised when Veronica came up beside him, suggesting he could use her to help balance himself. "Uhh...I think I'll be okay..." he said, slightly awkward at how close she was, and how sweet she seemed to be acting. "I'm just not used to it, that's all," he added, taking a few, more confident steps to prove his point as pointed out that he hadn't introduced himself, her sweet, girlish antics leaving him rather flustered...he didn't exactly have experience around girls back in his human life, and them both being Pokemon just added to the awkwardness.
"Uhh...my name's Tyson," he finally managed to get out, before looking around, trying to figure out where they were, and what they could. "So...what next?" he asked. "Do you have any idea where we are?"

The zorua shrugged her small shoulders in response to the riolu's confirmation of having wished to be a Pokemon.
"I'm not sure... but it seems the most logical reason, seeing as both of us have had the same result," she answered. "I didn't specify, however... it seems they've chosen this form for me, and a riolu for you... it makes me curious as to why..." she trailed off.
Veronica pouted slightly at Tyson's rebuff and she moved a teensy bit farther from him, still close enough to suggest that she rather liked the riolu. She noted his flustered responses and got the impression that he was unused to female attention... which was all the better for her. She wasn't entirely sure how he could help... but it was always nice to have someone under your thumb--paw--no matter the case.
"Tyson, hmm?" Veronica hummed after his introduction. "No... I'm afraid I don't... perhaps there are others like us here, though. Would you help me find them?" She asked, eyes round.

Tyson's sense of awkwardness eased fractionally as Veronica gave him a little personal space back...but she was still standing rather close to him, which didn't help his awkward, flustered nature one bit, especially as she repeated his name in a tone that suggested she was already taking a liking to him...possibly. Tyson really couldn't tell, and he was still getting over the fact that he had been turned into a Pokemon.
"Yeah...I guess you're right," he replied to her suggestion there could be others like them around. "And of course I'll help you. Given the circumstances, it's probably better that we stick together, right?" he added on, looking around a little before pointing back towards the stream he had been at earlier. "There's a stream back that way, it might be a good place to start," he suggested, taking a couple of steps in that direction, finding his sense of balance getting better and better now, before turning back to Veronica, waiting for the Zorua to either follow or suggest another way.

"Yeah, I definitely heard something!" Meagan said, looking towards the sound. "Let's go check it out!" she added, darting off without a second thought.
As she ran, she was thinking about the night before she woke up like this. She had been playing a pokemon game very late at night and wished that she could have the simpler life of a pokemon. She never expected this. That train of thought lead her to muse about why she hadn't freaked out when she arrived.
I'm sure all it takes is for it to sink in, then I'll freak out about this like a normal person. Right now, I have to make sure whoever that was is okay, she thought.
She slowed to a stop a bit away and wriggled under a bush to spy. She thought she had heard voices as she ran over here, but she didn't see anyone. Was she in the wrong spot or were they simply out of her sight?

Rowen rolled over and yawned, thinking that she could get a little more sleep in before school started. Except, her bed wasn’t there. She opened her eyes, and looked around. Replacing her hot pink walls and the pictures that covered them, was a giant forest that sounded as if a stream wasn’t far in the distant. Rowen jumped to her feet, and to her dismay, she saw she wasn’t a fourteen-year-old girl anymore. She was a…. pokemon, by the looks of it. Rowen yelped, and suddenly the world around her shifted and everything went totally black.
----------------
Not too far away was a small sneasel sleeping soundly in the grass. He yawned and rolled over. “Huh?” He murmured his dark eyes curious. The sneasel was William Evans, and he wasn’t sure what was going on. “Um, am I dreaming?” He asked to no one in particular, standing up. He looked around, not sure where he was, and what as going on…
“Okay. So the last thing I remember is that last night I crashed while playing Pokemon SoulSilver. I said something about how cool Silver was, and I wished I was like him, but being a pokemon might be pretty awesome also…” If William could have turned pale, he would have. He had gotten his wish.

"Uhh... okay," Quinn muttered obediently when Meagan dashed over to a bush, hiding herself. She'd done it so easily, her little body barely making a rustle in the leaves, but when he attempted to copy her, his somewhat stockier body paired with his clumsy nature made his entry much noisier. The branches snapped and rustled and he collided with Meagan's flank.
"Oh, um, I-I'm sorry, I'm just such a klutz..." he whispered loudly, his amber eyes apologetic. He settled down into silence when he realized how noisy he was continuing to be.
-----------------------
Veronica saw the effect her words and body language were having on the riolu and she inwardly congratulated herself... soon, she'd have him hanging onto every word she spoke. She couldn't help but notice that his behavior was... somewhat cute, especially since she was able to imagine a human boy's face when his canine features showed his embarassment at her attentions.
"Aw, you're so sweet, thank you so much!" The zorua said in her girlish voice, and nodded in agreement when Tyson pointed out the stream. Any others would probably want to see themselves in a reflection as well... "Yeah, that's a good id--" Her new ears twitched suddenly and her nose instinctively pointed to the left.
"Hey... I heard something," she frowned, suddenly alert. Her new senses were heightened with a sudden spike of adrenaline in her veins--she was still afraid of the entire situation, even if her behavior with Tyson spoke otherwise. "H-hello? Who's there? Show yourself!" She shouted.

William looked around, nervously, before he decided what he going to do. “Even if I am a sneasel, I’m William Kaeden Evans, and I’m scared of NOTHING!” He growled low, and looked around, sure he had heard something. "H-hello? Who's there? Show yourself!" What sounded like a girls voice demanded. William snorted. Please. He didn’t even do what his mother told him half the time, so why on Earth would he do what a nameless voice commanded him to? He wouldn't, and he wasn’t going to change just for some random girl/pokemon…thingy. “Why don’t you take your own advice, and show yourself?” He taunted, then he paused, smirking, before he went on. “Unless…you’re scared?”
---------------------------------------------------------
Rowen slowly opened her eyes. “I just had the weirdest dream… She muttered. But, one looked around her let her know it wasn’t a dream at all. She whimpered softly, and cowered. “Stephen? Chase? Save me!” She cried, wanted her older brothers to come to her rescue like they always did when she was in over her head. She looked around, but no such luck. Her sixteen and eighteen year old brothers weren’t coming to save her. This was up to her. Rowen sighed, and shook her head. “Well, I might as well go look for a decent shelter type…thing.” She said before walking off.

Aaron jumped up when he heard a voice near him and was rewarded with disorientation. He sat up and rubbed his left cheek. He couldn't place it... but something felt wrong... He looked around ans saw he wasn't in his living room anymore!
He noticed movement and saw an eevee walking away from him! was he still dreaming?
"Hey! Where am I?"

Tyson smiled slightly at the Zorua's acceptance of his idea, only to freeze as she suddenly became more alert, obviously sensing something. Despite straining his own senses, he couldn't make out anything...until he heard a distinct snap as a twig or branched under a foot or paw, followed by a whispered, but still audible voice, although Tyson could not make out the words.
When Veronica called out, however, the response came not from where the noises were, but from an entirely different direction. Whirling around, Tyson tried to locate the source of the voice as it taunted them, accusing them of being scared. The human-Riolu couldn't deny that he was scared...if he had paid more attention, he might have become aware of the fact that his under-developed Aura skills were actually sending out small ripples as an instinctive response to his fear, although only those sensitive to Aura would most likely be able to detect it.
Swallowing hard, Tyson tried to speak up, internally wincing as his voice came out with a clear tone of fear. "Look...we don't want any trouble!" he called back, hesitant to explain the situation...if there were other, normal wild Pokemon around, he knew their situation would seem completely nuts. "We...we're just lost, that's all..." he added, figuring it was true enough anyway...he had no clue where he was.

Gasping as another, obviously male voice resounded from somewhere behind her, Veronica jumped and spun to face it. She growled instinctively, her hackles raising around her neck and her back arching--her long ears had flattened against her skull.
"Scared? How dare you! Snarky son of a..." She snarled, her polite demeanor quickly fading. Her jade eyes, more well-developed for dim lighting than her human ones, picked up a shady, bipedal figure up ahead of them. "Why don't you say that to my face, stranger?" The zorua challenged, her bushy tail lashing from side to side. The feel of her sharp claws in the dirt and her new canines across her tongue gave her a mild sense of power, but it didn't stop her from trembling with nerves.
Veronica's eyes snapped to Tyson for a moment as he spoke, refraining from rolling her eyes at his passive behavior. Honestly... if anyone was going to do something right, it would be herself.

The pikachu had appeared from nowhere--and Quinn reacted accordingly, jumping from behind the bush and standing before it protectively. The boy-turned-growlithe wasn't a very smart human in general, but as a Pokemon, he seemed to be in tune with his instincts. He widened his stance, placing his forepaws apart to stabilize himself, as he lifted his muzzle in a warning snarl.
"Are you a person or an actual pikachu?" Quinn asked suspiciously. "Don't come any closer to Meagan!" He warned. Already Quinn had taken a liking to the girl/eevee, and he planned on keeping her around as a friend. That meant protecting her at all costs.
As he waited for the answer, the growlithe's fangs were already subconsciously heating up with flame.
