Name: Wilhelm Eleanor Inngvale
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Hometown: Rustboro City, Hoenn
Appearance:
Inng is fairly tall, standing at 5 feet, 9 inches. With his boots on he stands at 6’1. He weighs somewhere between 150-160 pounds, he never gives a clear or accurate answer regarding the subject. The young man’s long dark green hair protrudes downwards and outwards from his head, a common style for Inng. One part of his hair is clipped down to keep it from jutting straight up into a horrendous cowlick.
Inng’s eyes come off as friendly. His dark brown irises can appear innocent, but such appearances disappear when Inng is annoyed, which happens quite often. When angry, scheming or glaring the trainer’s eyes slant, giving him a very devious appearance.
The style of clothing Inng commonly wears may seem strange to some, but to him it is a fashion statement showing who he was and who he is. Inng’s clothing is mainly made up of his school uniform, which he has modified drastically since his dropping out. His footwear is a pair of black school shoes, though now modified into girlish looking boots with straps and buckles that go up to just before his knees. Inng’s pants can only be described as, puffy white pants. The puffiness serves no purpose except to look ridiculous.
Inng’s coat he wears is grey with black straps wrapping around the arms. Near the wrists is gold embroidery, making no distinct pattern. It also has coat tails, and a belt that snaps together to keep the garment secure. Underneath the coat is a grey waist vest; on the right side of the vest is the symbol of Inng’s school. Finally the last pieces of Inng’s ensemble are a simple white collard shirt under his vest, an uneven white bow tie (which he has had since his time in school, and even then could not tie properly), and a pair of white gloves.
Personality:
Inng is pretty normal, though his taste in clothing may say otherwise. He has a bit of a lax attitude towards things, not really caring about anything other than himself. He can get along with others, but actually caring for their company to keep them around is another thing entirely.
Though he is able to act cool in some instances, there is a bit of a short temper behind his exterior. Inng likes it when things go his way, so it goes without saying that when something unexpected happens to ruin his plans…he can go into a bit of a tizzy. He can hold a grudge against someone for a long time, especially should they interfere with whatever he’s trying to do. Inng knows when to back down when outmatched, though he doesn’t take losing gracefully.
One thing that Inng despises the most is being told what to do by someone who acts like they are superior to him. Inng has no grand delusion that he is some sort of king, but he feels that he is at least good enough to speak to anyone in a familiar manner, whoever they are. This thinking is exactly why he left the Pokemon Trainer’s School.
Inng isn’t evil, or at least he doesn’t think he is. There is only one thing the young man wants to do, and that’s live how he wants to. If this means breaking a few rules, or hurting someone then he’ll do it. He’s not a monster though, and can identify with others, although he wishes he couldn’t because it interferes with his own personal happiness at times. Though he doesn’t like to admit it he has a soft spot for cute things, and clothes. He can get distracted easily when he sees something adorable, or some piece of clothing he likes.
Biography:
Inng’s story is fairly simple.
He was the only son of Mara and Zed Inngvale. The couple did research at the Devon Corporation in Rustboro City. They were fairly wealthy, and had a nice home within the city. When Wilhelm was born Mara was a bit distraught, she had been hoping for a girl. That didn’t stop her from putting her favorite girl’s name between Wilhelm’s first and last.
As soon as Inng could understand that his middle name was a girl’s he did everything he could to try and hide it. Of course the small child’s efforts were in vain. Somehow the other kids in the city had figured out his middle name, and he was soon branded, Eleanor. Adults were even calling him by his middle name and for a kid at the tender age of six, that didn’t sit right. The only way Inng could devise to stop the torture was to act badly. He essentially became the problem child of the city and soon was called by his first name, disdain could be heard when anyone said it.
In an attempt to quell their son’s rebellion, Mara and Zed sent their son to a private school in Rustboro. Their hope was that he would get the discipline he needed that they could not administer because of their busy jobs. Inng’s attitude got even worse after that.
Years would go by before Inng was known by his nickname, Inng. By this time he was 17, and the time had come for the students to take possession of the training Pokémon they had been using during studying. Inng knew what Pokémon were available, and when it came time to choose he blatantly disregarded waiting in line and made a mad dash for the ball he knew held the only Misdreavus. He had a connection with the ghost Pokémon, or at least he thought he did. It seemed rebellious, and he was rebellious so it seemed like a decent match.
Arguments immediately arouse over Inng’s actions. Many of the students cried about the rules, and how Inng should have waited for his turn. Inng had no intention of giving up Misdreavus, so he ran. He ran home and gathered what he could before leaving a note for his parents, who were not home, that he was running away. He took what money he had saved over the years and ran.
It was after travelling for a day that Inng came across his next two companions, a Budew, and Dratini. He was amazingly able to catch the Budew by, “putting it to sleep” with Misdreavus or so he claims. The Dratini was given to him by his mother. It was an emotional setting when Inng was caught by his mother. He was certain she would drag him back home with her, but she only gave him her Pokémon, noting how fond of it he was and telling her son she loved him. Inng accepted the gift sternly before returning to his journey, but was secretly grateful for what his mother had said and done.
Strengths:
What little information he retained in school has aided him in the outside world. He doesn’t have many other strengths…
Weaknesses:
Inng is easily flustered by confusing or misleading things. He also has a bad habit of not taking advice from others and doing his own thing. This can drive him to make big mistakes and get into unnecessary trouble.

- Pokegear
- 3x Pokeballs

Nature/Personality:
Sassy – Noir has a very diva personality, and it shows by the way she carries herself as she floats around. She enjoys being the center of attention, and when outside her pokeball will try to do whatever she can to get noticed. While Inng is conversing with someone she will often get between the two and stare at the other person. She can come off as a bit of a naughty pokemon, she is a sweetheart. She is extremely intelligent, and has the same reaction to cute things as Inng does.
History:
Noir didn’t have much of an existence before Inng claimed her. She doesn’t remember much before being caught, but she could recall being within her pokeball for extremely long periods of time and only being brought out for mock battles, or to be studied. Noir often ignored what she was told to do, netting her more time within her pokeball. Even though she was a handful she couldn’t help be surprised when Inng took her from the school, simply because she had always caused him a great deal of headaches during mock battles. Though a bit of a handful while outside her ball, she decided to give her trainer a chance.
Pokedex-Estimated Level: 8
Nickname (Pokemon), Gender: Etoile (Dratini), Female
Type: Dragon
Ability: Shed Skin
Techniques (Attacks): Leer, Wrap, Thunder Wave, Slam
Special Features: None
Accessories: None
Nature/Personality:
Naïve- Etoile was always a bit of a scatterbrain, even before being given to Inng. She has a very curious personality, and often likes to explore things when outside her ball. She has a fondness for wrapping around things, and snuggling, which can be a problem if you’re a person and she begins crushing you.
History:
Etoile remembers a vast blue ocean, and then a slightly smaller ocean, and then finally an ocean so small she could swim around it in a few seconds. One day a group happened upon where she had been swimming and captured her. She wasn’t afraid, more curious than anything about where she was going. Finally, after being exchanged many times she ended up in the care of her owner, Mara. In the back of whatever her owner lived in was a pond, which Etoile took to immediately. Life as a house pokemon was easy enough, and Etoile felt no need to actually go anywhere else. It was after a long while that she was given to Inng by Mara. Etoile had taken a long enough rest, and her curiosity was renewed.
