100 Words or less qualify as drabbles, though mine sometimes cross by twenty five words or so. This will be where I post all of my drabbles, be it from the game in the Author's Cafe or ones I simply came up with without prompts. Fandom Base:Original Base:

LoZ: "I Am" I am invisible by night, trailing behind you by day. From the depths of darkness, I was created. Created to cower in the light, to reign by night. I am your mirror, smudged by soot. Like water, I reflect a wavering image - Imprecise, yet similar. I am part of your mind. I know your heart's desire, your greatest strength, and your greatest fear. I am half, yet also whole. Part of you, yet also my own being. You greatest foe, your most trusted friend. I am ... Dark Link. _____________________________________________________ A little tribute to Shadow-kun. Sorry if it's difficult to follow, XD. A little weird, even. O.o I was listening to the Nocturne of Shadow when the idea popped up, though I'm not sure where from …

Epic Win They said that she would never win against him, when challenged. She'd always had the facade of being shy, and unskilled in the Arts for the most part. However, it was custom that when two mages were to be betrothed, they were to spar as a way of gauging each others strength for partnerships. Now standing over him, with awe and shock etched across the spectator's faces. Aura resonated at her palm, highlighting the smile of her intended now. "I concede," he said softly, nodding once from his place on the floor. It was nothing less than an epic win, and one that had gained much approval. Perhaps even a friend.

Electric Labyrinth Crackling electricity bounced off the walls, as if daring him to touch them. The young man's breath came quickly, his dark viridian gaze flicking along the corridors. Of all places to be teleported ... A vehement curse tearing from his lips when the jumping light lashed towards him, and the pendant wrapped around his wrist. The gem at the end of the necklace, however, was vital. He had to have it, or die. The young man jerked it off his wrist as he broke into a run, stuffing it in the pocket of his jacket. Attempting to find his way through the labyrinth, before it was too late.

Cryptic Blocks The young woman lightly dusted the paintbrush along the stone, producing little poofs of dry dirt from the ancient stone. Designs of an odd language were carved into it, but still in tact enough to garner the archeologist's interest. The auburn tressed woman was more or less just one in training, but it was the thought that counted. Her brow arched, though, upon seeing specific pattern. One that even seemed familiar, despite it's cryptic nature. A vivid aura suddenly alighting the dark corridor, casting a pallid blue glow against the redhead's tanned skin. She suddenly tensed, acute pain assaulting her entire body - Jolting a gasp from her as she attempted to back up, someone materializing behind her.

One Scene Outside, One Scene Inside It felt so strange, yet so comforting at the same time. How it was possible ... He didn't know. He was somehow inside, but outside at the same time. As if in astral form, as spirit. He could actually see his body, as if from third person view, resting on the floor in a prone position. Yet, despite that, he felt no concern whatsoever. It was entirely calming, relaxing. A small sigh escaped the mage's lips as he drifted upwards, emerging into the night sky. Stars speckled the ebony swath, the celestial crescent casting it's pale light across the entire village.

LoZ: So Many Stars! A small smile touched the young woman's lips as she stepped outside, slowly meandering along the tamped dirt path. The night air was cool, a gentle breeze toying with her loose electrum tresses as she walked. Her white shift clearly stood out against the sea of green as she proceeded to wade through, deep cobalt eyes alight with simple enjoyment as the walked through the grass barefoot. Pausing upon noticing an onyx tressed Knight, sitting not far from where she was. His gaze was trained on the night sky, much as hers had been. The young woman moved to sit next to him after a moment, gently placing a hand on his shoulder. With so many stars above them, the sky was a speckling beauty.

The Sixth Dimension "This is our dimension ... You see it is different, though in many ways compared to your own," the young man before her murmured, almost inaudible, his tone calm and collected as he passed his hand through the table in front of him. Only, when he did it again, it simply rested on top of the wood. "We've each special prowess, hidden away inside of us. You may figure out your own with time, interloper," he added softly, amber eyes focusing on the young woman only paces away. Her own silver eyes widened with surprise, however. "... H-how did I get here?"

Luck of the Claw? It was smooth against her hand, twisting into a lethal curve. The claw was stark onyx in color, gleaming in the morning sunlight like the gem it resembled. The teenage girl's brow arched, looking up at her mother. "What is this?" she asked, standing up from her place on the front porch. Her roller skates slid slightly on the wood, before she leaned onto one end. "Call it a lucky charm. It's gotten me out of more tight spots than I can tell in one day, Christelle. I don't know how, but it did. Now, I think it's best to pass it onto you," the older woman said, smiling faintly. "Now go before you're late," she added, her daughter jumping off the porch and coasting backwards as she waved, before whirling around and skating around the brick wall.

LoZ: Chilled Mists A small smirk touched the Wind Mage's lips as his deep crimson gaze trailed along the landscape below him, ignoring the cries of the petty commoners at ground level. Blood soaked the ground, their royal family all but destroyed. Now he only had to find the Triforce and the Guardians ... Two tasks that would take much effort. As his thoughts wandered, however, a chilled and veiling mist overtook the forest surrounding the capital. A cold and biting wind driving it along, soon guiding it over the entire city. Lightening struck in the distance. Cold droplets began to fall ... The sky was crying.
