The only poem you will ever get from me

[Sabaku No Akaiame]

I'm not much of a poet but for some reason, decided to contribute to this thread by posting one of my failed poems. This one's about Bleach, an anime, but you can understand it just fine even if you don't know it. If you do know and/or watch Bleach, then the poem's from Ulquiorra's POV, and the last 2 paragraphs are directed at Grimmjow.

If you don't know Bleach, then consider it's a very powerful guy who's under the control of a sadistic even moar powerful man. He wants to prevent his comrades from getting hurt, but can only watch they suffer under the control of the said man.

Here we go~

Bleach: Hollow

I have walked through fear and pain.
My heart has felt the endless rain.
But I abandonned feelings long ago,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

But here I stand, alone once more.
Distance myself, hide that I am torn.
I wish to feel, though my heart's a hole,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

What could I ever give to be free
From all those who use and abuse me?
I want to feel, but can't let it show,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

My body and soul aren't mine anymore.
I'm living my life beaten down to the floor.
A part of me dies with every blow,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

He tells me I'm useless, he poisons my mind.
He tells me to obey cause without him, I'm "blind".
But I can see through him, yet afraid to say "no!"
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

I'm sick of being his toy, sick of being his slave.
He has locked away access to the freedom that I crave.
But I want release, I feel like letting go,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

I push my comrades away and pretend I don't care.
If they get close, they'll get hurt, and the prospect has me scared.
I watch from the side and feel proud as I watch them grow,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

I watch you come and go, eyes full of hate,
But I must hide the truth to keep up the masks I create.
Living our lives will hurt, I can tell that you know,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

It hurts me to know that you and I can't help but pretend.
I just wish I could get us freedom and let all of this end...
Then again, we're still bound by chains of hate and sorrow,
Now I'll be happy if I can help you fend to see the morrow.
The only way to live is to learn that this pain will help us grow,
Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco.

And I cannot feel for I am Hollow.

SPOILERSPOILERSPOILER!! Grimmy and Ulqui hate each other, but I think it's just a facade Ulqui keeps up to protect him from Aizen. In reality, I think they're best friends of something xD ENDSPOILERZZ.

Come on, you don't need to understand spanish to understand what "Y no puedo sentir porque estoy Hueco" means " I mean, I'm just learning spanish, and even I could tell what it was by just looking at it (:

For those who don't know, Bleach has a large part of its fanbase in Spanish terms, which is why like 1/8th of this poem is in spanish.

LARLARLAR~ I dunno. I guess I'm no good with rhymes. Nor standard examples. What you read isn't an actual poem, it's just rhymes stuck together, cause it doesn't have the skeleton of an actual standard poem.
