Just finished Episode 17 before I went to go get my earrings fixed. It was quite interesting.

Yeah, they're worth watching in depth. Also, when you're done, you MUST watch the live action movies. The first two are a retelling of the anime's first season with a bunch of plot twists and real actors, and the third one's an L-centered movie where he saves the world from this highly contagious virus and stuff :3

I didn't really like the live action ones, honestly. I LOVE the animated series, though...I love that you can go back and really look at the characters and see how they've changed and developed over the series, especially L and Light.

They pretty much are the only chars that developed throughout the series U.U
I liked the end to the second one. THAT I was not expecting. Also the third one was a nice passtime, but only cause I worship L and had to watch it fo sho (: I mean DUDE. It's called L: Change the WorLD, why wouldn't I watch it? xD

I did like the psyche behind most of the characters, and how the artist interpreted them. Like, Light is so pretty, but is truly ugly, as seen by his faces. L isn't very good-looking, but through having a good heart and light, he is attractive.

*Nods.* I also love that aspect, really. Its very true to life, too. (Haha, and another trope popped into my head when regarding Light - "Evil Is Sexy", according to TVtropes.)

Pffff, Light is a *bleep*. I almost spoiled something for Moon here, too  " SHATAP, ME. But L is extremely attractive, I think. Funny cause his char wasn't supposed to be pretty but he did end up getting a bunch of fangirls xD |
