The young woman paled, allowing the branches to fall back in place. Yet the rustling, from what she could hear, brought the battered swordsman to his knees.

Dark Link crawled clumsily towards the bush and pushed aside the branches with his bad arm, not without a groan of pain and wince though. "Hey," he muttered, seeing Selena, before passing out in front of her.

Selena hesitated, before inching closer. Truly unconscious, or simply acting it?
Blood tainted his black tunic and gray trousers, running down his tanned face as well. She stiffened, suppressing the urge to heal him.
Yet it went against her grain to simply leave someone wounded, despite what had happened in most circumstances. The sun was setting as well ... Link leapt to his feet, quickly remembering who knocked him out. Link, somehow, had escaped being majorly injured by his shadow. He slowly scanned the area for him, eyes finding the noticeable trail of blood left by him. "At that rate he'll bleed to death before the night is over, if the creatures of the night don't finish him first," Link said, thinking out loud. "I hope he didn't hurt the girl," he muttered, not knowing to where she had teleported. He took out a red potion and healed his own wounds with it then retrieved his ocarina and called Epona forth with it.

A slight, silver-blue aura appeared. It was obvious the young woman was giving into her normal actions, unable to simply leave someone wounded.
She sighed as she moved back, having spent nearly an hour healing him. Yet the sun had just finished setting. The young woman suddenly tensed, seeing his form twitch. A loud canine growl cut through her thoughts.

Dark Link wearily opened his eyes and moved onto his hands and knees, blinking blurriness from his eyes.

Selena suddenly jerked back, instinctively raising her arm to protect her face. Raw, burning pain tore into her arm.

Dark Link scrambled to his feet and staggered in-between Selena and the wolfos, drawing his Dark Master Sword. His stance sloppy and his grip loose. He was still weak and drowsy from bloodloss.

The young mage pushed herself to her feet, stumbling back as the second wolfos lunged. Aiming for the already open wound on her arm. Cobalt flared. A sharp yelp was audible, the canine knocked back. It swayed on its four clawed feet, before collapsing. Unconscious.
