Shoulders to Lay On - 8th June 2010
When the bright stars above
Are obscured by clouds of black
It may seem that their radiance
Will never come back.
For weeks upon weeks
The skies lay overcast
Until you see some shapes forming
Which are from your recent past.
This happened to me earlier
The shapes I was pleased to see
For the formations looked like the people
Who I held very close to me.
I wished I could be with them
Not just watch them in the sky...
As I want to be around them
So I have some shoulders...upon which...I cry.

Awwww! You made me sad again! And also made me mad I don't have money for round-trip airfare for England. I wanna meet you! Great poem, though! One, fixed it, Diamond. Two, the only way I can contact my closest friends (example: you and Moonlight) is by Skype or e-mail. I prefer Skype as it feels like I'm with you... But alas, talking to you at all is nigh on impossible owing to timezone differences. Now if you'll excuse me...*runs to the far corner of the room* |

Evaporating Teardrops - 9th June 2010
As my eyes excrete water,
And the suffering grows tall,
When I have no choice but look forward,
I simply cannot forget them at all.
They stood by me forever,
Then fell into the pit below,
I am alone upon this tightrope,
It's a feeling I don't want to show.
But I cannot just walk onwards,
And place myself into the light...
When those people gave things up for me,
It just doesn't seem right.
I have no choice but for myself
To take the greatest action of all...
So in memory of the friends I've lost
Into the pit, I fall.
